Order Processing and Shipment

SPEKS processes and prepares your order for shipment typically within 2 business days. Processing time may occasionally vary between 1 to 3 business days depending on order volume and other factors. Once your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

Shipping Destinations and Timing

We ship both within the United States and internationally. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in New Jersey, so delivery times depend on your location.

Standard shipping within the US takes approximately 10-14 days to arrive after shipping.
Free standard shipping automatically applies to US orders of $50 or more.
Shipping fees for orders under $50 and expedited options will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your destination and chosen speed.

Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

After your order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes, as the package will already be in transit.
