Return & Refund Policy for SPEKS

Return Eligibility and Timeframe

At SPEKS, most items purchased directly from us can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be in re-sellable condition—this means it cannot be damaged, chewed on, or missing any pieces.

How to Initiate a Return

Locate your order number from your purchase confirmation.
Visit the returns portal linked on the SPEKS website to start your return request.
Upon approval, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.

Note: The cost of the prepaid return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount. Additionally, original order shipping fees are not refundable.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, SPEKS will cover the return shipping.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once SPEKS receives your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Returns Beyond 30 Days

If your return request is made between 31 and 60 days after delivery, you may still be eligible for store credit. Please contact us to inquire about this option.

Exceptions and Special Cases

Orders exceeding $300 are subject to a higher return fee.
International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Purchases made through third-party retailers or other sellers must be returned through them directly, not SPEKS.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please contact SPEKS promptly through our website's contact page. Early notification helps us resolve the issue efficiently.

Right to Refuse Returns
